I have been a practicing PT of 10 years based in Hampshire UK. I am the founder of Fevo Gym where I run my private and semi private personal training sessions in the rural setting of Picket Piece, Andover, Hampshire 

 

Fevo is a private gym that specialise in personal training and group training

My passion is health and fitness and I work with clients who are committed to their fitness journey through corrective exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes. 

 

My mission is to serve as many people as possible through health and fitness and to promote positive change 

 

My Industry experiences include working with athletes, school and college education and within large corporate business organisations. 

 

My previous work includes a position working for ITV as a hired fitness professional for a popular daytime television show with my work also being displayed on BBC, 2011

 

I offer a range of programming for my clients, all inclusive of nutrition guidance and support. In addition I run A1P: Strength & Sweat and Evo Bootcamp out of Fevo Gym. You can find group exercise and bootcamp pricing in the ‘Services’ section of my site
